Service Description

FlowReviews provides automated review request management for businesses. Our service integrates with practice management software (such as Clio) and review platforms to streamline the process of requesting customer feedback and building online reputation.

User Responsibilities

As a user of FlowReviews, you agree to:

Obtain Proper Consent: Ensure you have explicit permission to contact clients for review requests
Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws and regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Legitimate Use: Use the service only for legitimate business purposes and authentic client relationships
Account Security: Maintain the security of your account and promptly report any unauthorized access

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • ✗ Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Service Availability & Modifications

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our service with reasonable notice to users.
